Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Same size as ordered

How to request a return?

Email us at support@jbjerseys.com or at https://ig.me/m/jbjerseyswear indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with the steps to follow.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
